Effective Date: Upon introduction of Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Journal: International Journal of IoT, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation (IJIESIA)

1. Scope

These Payment Terms & Conditions govern any Article Processing Charges (APCs) or related publication fees that may be introduced by IJIESIA.

2. Current APC Status

At present, IJIESIA does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs). No submission, processing, or publication fees apply.

3. Future APC Implementation

If APCs are introduced in the future:

• Authors will be informed prior to manuscript acceptance.
• APC amounts, currency, and payment instructions will be clearly stated on the journal website.
• No charges will apply retroactively to previously accepted articles.

4. Payment Timing

Payment (if applicable) will only be requested after formal acceptance of a manuscript. Production and publication processes will begin after payment confirmation.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS or equivalent international transfer methods)
• Secure Online Payment Gateway (if enabled)
• Other officially communicated payment channels

6. Author Responsibility

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment once invoiced. Any bank or transaction charges associated with payment are the responsibility of the author.

7. Policy Updates

IJIESIA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of payment will apply.
