1. Why is ORCID iD required for every submission?

IJIESIA requires ORCID authentication at the time of each manuscript submission.

  • ORCID authentication during submission is mandatory.
  • This is different from simply linking your ORCID iD in your profile settings.
  • Even if your ORCID iD is linked in your profile, authentication is still required during submission.

ORCID authentication ensures accurate author identification, transparency, and compliance with indexing standards.

2. Where can I download my Reviewer Certificate?

Reviewer certificates are issued after successful completion of the peer review process.

Steps to download:

  1. Log in to your reviewer account.
  2. Go to Dashboard.
  3. Click on My Assignments as Reviewer.
  4. Open the completed review (click View).
  5. The certificate will appear at the top of the page for download.

3. How do I obtain my Author Certificate?

Author certificates are issued after the article has been officially published.

  • Log in to your author account.
  • The Author Certificate will automatically appear at the top of your dashboard after publication.
  • Click the certificate link to download it.

4. How can I join as a Reviewer or Editorial Board Member?

Qualified researchers and engineering professionals are welcome to apply as Reviewers or Editorial Board Members.

Applications are evaluated based on academic qualifications, engineering expertise, and publication record. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
